Just like Kaiseki in Indian cuisines everyone uses seasonal and fresh ingredients. Indian cuisine is famous because of it’s flavor, presentation, cooking styles, spices that are used to make it tasty and spices are also used to give colors. The contrast is maintained by using of garnishes like mint leaves, coriander, or red chilies are used to make the dish look appealing and tasty. Textures are used in dishes such as pakoras(fried snack) or creamy daals which add a layer.
Every dishes in Indian Cuisines are made in it’s own season, like Gajar ka halwa is made in winter season because it gives warmth. And in summer drinks like Amm Panna is made because it cools our body in hot weather.
